Hello, I’m Fotis, the founder and director of 111Handyman. With a background in Architectural Design and over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction and landscaping industries, I’ve worked in roles ranging from Project Manager to Architect and Construction Company Director.
In 2019, I launched 111Handyman to fill a gap in the market for reliable, personalised property maintenance services in South West London and Surrey. I recognised the need for a more tailored, customer-focused approach—one that combined professional expertise with genuine care and attention to detail.
Despite the early challenges brought on by the pandemic, the business has grown steadily year after year. Today, we proudly serve a wide and loyal client base, including private homeowners, landlords, estate agents, and businesses across the region.
